- A statement fee of $7.95
- A $25.00 monthly minimum
- A 2.19% discount rate
- A $0.21 per-transaction fee
Additional fees that Merchant Warehouse charges are:
- A $25.00 chargeback fee
- A $0.65 voice authorization fee
- A $0.05 address verification fee
- A $10.00 monthly payment gateway fee is charged for online businesses
However, Merchant Warhouse does not charge a start up fee, and contracts are on a month-to-month basis with no cancellation fee.

"Merchant Warehouse in my opinion is one of the best credit card processing service available today. They got the highest approval rating of 99% for all their merchant accounts. Also they don't charge you any start up or application fee. As the contracts are month to month, there is no cancellation charges. It attracts lower monthly costs. They are the underwriters that enables them to get the merchant accounts being setup in just a few hours unlike their most of their competitors who take 2-3 days to approve the same."
